A Free plan, and two paid plans.
Fein has a Free plan and two paid plans, Essential and Premium. A paid plan covers one group, so everyone in it gets the plan’s features. You’ll see the price, any free trial, and how renewal and cancellation work in the app and in your store before you pay.
Paid plans aren’t on sale yet. When they are, you’ll buy them in the Fein app, through the App Store or Google Play.

How plans work
Billed by your app store, one group at a time.
- One plan covers one group, and everyone in it gets the plan. Only the person who created the group can buy its plan, and only they are charged.
- You can pay for one group’s plan at a time; to cover a different group, move your plan in the app.
- Plans are sold only through the App Store or Google Play, in the Fein app, and the store takes the payment. We never sell plans on this website or by email, and we don’t see your card details.
- Before you pay, the app and your store show the price, any free trial, and when the plan renews. Your store decides who can have a free trial.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and a plan starts charging when its free trial ends. Cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings: on the App Store at least 24 hours before the free trial or the current period ends; on Google Play before the free trial ends if you don’t want to be charged, and otherwise before the next renewal.
- Deleting Fein, leaving or deleting the group, or deleting your account doesn’t cancel a plan.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, under their refund policies.
- Fein doesn’t limit calling emergency services on any plan, and everyone can receive and answer an SOS on any plan.
- An account Fein knows belongs to a teen aged 13 to 17 can send an SOS on any plan, and plans can’t be bought from an account Fein knows belongs to someone under 18.
