By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Fein ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. For users under 18, parental consent is required. Children under 13 require explicit parental consent under COPPA.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

The Service includes emergency features such as SOS alerts. These features are provided "as is" and should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency services. In case of emergency, always contact local emergency services first.
We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or inaccuracies in emergency response features. Emergency features may not be available in all areas or under all circumstances.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

The Service and its content, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our written permission. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, but grant us a license to use it for service provision.

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions or failures. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.
Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting the app or contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the UAE.

Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve disputes informally. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. Any prior agreements or understandings are superseded by these Terms.
